All lasers go through our 4 Phase Standard Inspection & Service Program  

Phase 1: Refill/Replace/Refurbish

We update all necessary components so that your new machine has the capability to perform to OEM standards.  

Phase 2: Test/Calibrate 

We fully test the device and service it to ensure that it is fully operational for the years ahead.  

Phase 3: Prepare For Transport 

We fully prepare your laser for transport and build the crate or pallet ourselves to make sure that it will arrive in the condition in which it left our facility. Additionally, we offer White Glove Special Delivery in which we deliver your laser ourselves. 

Phase 4: Provide Support 

We provide everything including laser-set up, training, service, and everything in between.
